India is preparing for its biggest-ever Rafale expansion.

A proposal worth nearly ₹3.25 lakh crore has been finalised for 114 additional Rafale fighter jets. If approved and executed, India’s Rafale fleet could grow to 176 aircraft.

From 36 Rafales for the Indian Air Force to 26 Rafale Marine jets for the Indian Navy, and now a proposed order for 114 more fighters, India’s defence modernisation journey continues to gather momentum.
