Matlala vs NPA | Legal impact of Matlala withdrawing his plea deal — Ulrich Roux

The case against fraud and corruption accused Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala has been postponed to September the 11th in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court Court.

Matlala will join his co-accused, including suspended National Police Commissioner General Fannie Masemola in the R228 million SAPS Medicare24 tender fraud case, after he withdrew his plea agreement with the National Prosecutions Authority.

Matlala is also expected to appear and give evidence at the Madlanga Commission tomorrow. To talk more about the legal processes involved after Matlala's decision, we are joined by the Founder of Ulrich Roux and Associates, Ulrich Roux.
