Ammar Albaadani from Yemen is a general practitioner at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in Yiwu City. He is not only fluent in Arabic, English and Chinese but also deeply immersed in Chinese culture, earning him the nickname "China expert." Reflecting on life in China, Albaadani points to visible factors such as police patrols and well-lit streets as key contributors to a strong sense of security. "Whether Chinese or foreign, everyone seeks safety," he says, noting that this environment fosters social harmony, supports economic growth and provides reassurance for both long-term residents and newcomers alike.
