China on Friday launched a new set of internet technology test satellites from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province. Aboard a Long March-2D carrier rocket, the satellites entered their preset orbits successfully and will be used for technology tests, including direct-to-cell broadband satellite links and space-ground network integration. The mission marked the 639th flight of the Long March carrier rocket series. #coolchina
