Criminal violence in Mexico: Government says homicides fall to lowest in more than a decade

Mexico's president is claiming a major success in tackling violent crime.
Claudia Sheinbaum says homicides have almost halved since she took office two years ago.
And her government says the daily murder rate is at its lowest in more than a decade.
But critics argue the number of disappearances and missing persons is still rising.
