Dipotomaneng residents express concern about appalling living conditions

Some residents of Dipotomaneng in Winburg in the Free State have expressed concern about their appalling living conditions.

More than one-hundred households have been affected by groundwater seeping into their houses.

One of the residents, a 63-year-old woman with arthritis says her condition has worsened over the cold winter days, while others say the water has been damaging their property for more than a decade.

The problem dates back as far as 2011.
