Jeffrey Sachs: US foreign policy is without principle

Jeffrey Sachs, renowned American economist and professor at Columbia University, in an interview with former US judge Andrew Napolitano on Judging Freedom, said that American foreign policy has no principle, and its operation is based on violence, regime change, as well as lies and deception. He pointed to failed negotiations with Iran as an example of how US diplomatic rhetoric serves merely as a veneer of courtesy to conceal Washington’s true intentions.
