The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways continues to coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs, Indian missions and maritime stakeholders to ensure seafarer welfare and uninterrupted maritime operations. All Indian seafarers in the Gulf region are safe, with no incident involving any Indian-flagged vessel reported in the past 24 hours. Over 2,729 Indian seafarers have been repatriated so far, including 49 in the last 24 hours, while all Indian ports are operating normally with no congestion reported, says Mandeep Singh Randhawa, Director, @shipmin_india
