Ukrainian forces continued their drone campaign against Russian oil industry facilities overnight into Friday, targeting the cities of Azov and Taganrog in the Rostov region. The Ilsky oil refinery in southern Russia was targeted as well.

- U.N.: RUSSIAN STRIKES KILL 265 CIVILIANS IN JUNE
Russian air strikes on Ukraine killed at least 265 civilians and wounded more than 1,800 others in June, the highest combined casualty count since the first months of Moscow's full-scale invasion in February 2022, a top U.N. official told the Security Council on Thursday.

- POLAND UNVEILS NEW ANTI-DRONE COMBAT SYSTEM
Poland is boosting its battlefield capabilities with a new domestically built weapon designed to counter one of the defining threats of modern warfare: the drone. The country has unveiled a new production line for its Hornet Unmanned Combat System, as officials push to build a large-scale drone force.
