China urges diplomacy after Trump's latest threat against Iran #worldnow

China has urged the US to resolve tensions with Iran through political and diplomatic means, saying sanctions and economic pressure aren't the solution. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian made the remarks in response to reports that US President Donald Trump threatened Iran with what he called "the most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country."
