Viljoen claims fraud case against him is weak

Disbarred lawyer and fraud-accused, Peet Viljoen, has insisted that the state's case against him is weak.
Viljoen faces numerous charges, including 400 counts of fraud, forgery and corruption.

This relates to the alleged fraudulent sale of properties belonging to the Johannesburg Property Company in 2010.

He has appeared in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court, where he applied for bail.

The case has been postponed to the 23rd of July.
