Northern Cape patient stranded because of surgical backlog

A Northern Cape man has accused the provincial health department of failing to deal with surgical demands and needs of patients.

The man who needs prostate surgery, says he has been waiting for over four years for his turn to go under the knife.

The 65-year-old says his health condition has worsened and he now fears for the worst.
