Man sets wheelchair user in flames with Molotov cocktail

US police have released video showing the moment a man set a wheelchair user on fire with a Molotov cocktail outside Oklahoma’s police headquarters, causing minor injuries to the victim. The suspect was arrested and faces multiple felony charges.
