North West businessman Brown Mogotsi back in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court

North West businessman Brown Mogotsi is back in the Johannesburg Magistrates court for arrangement of a trial date.
This after he was denied bail for the second time last week after the court found that he presented no new facts to be released on bail.
