IOC eases restrictions on Russian athletes ahead of 2028 games | AJ #shorts

The International Olympic Committee has lifted some of the restrictions on Russian athletes, allowing them to compete in some team events and qualifying competitions ahead of the Los Angeles games in 2028. But the IOC has kept a ban on Russian flags and its national anthem at all IOC events for now.
