ADNOC completes Shell SA acquisition

The Shell brand will remain in place for the foreseeable future, and customers can expect the same services currently offered at service stations. This is the assurance given to South African motorists and customers by UAE company, ADNOC Distribution, which announced the acquisition of Shell Downstream South Africa for R16 billion earlier today. ADNOC Distribution will acquire Shell's entire downstream business in South Africa. This includes 580 company and dealer-owned fuel stations and related wholesale, aviation, marine and lubricants operations.
