Madlanga Commission | Suspended TMPD official denies favouring Gubis85 Solutions

Suspended Tshwane Metro Police Department Roads Policing Division officer, Major Lebogang Phiri, says that his superiors gave him the authority to allocate sites to Gubis85 Solutions.
And that he had no motive, nor did he receive any benefit.
Bank statements produced by evidence leaders, however, challenged his testimony.
