#WATCH | The President of the Republic of Indonesia conferred the Bintang Adipurna, the country's highest civilian honour, upon Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Bintang Adipurna (Medal of Honour) is awarded to individuals who have rendered exceptional service to the unity, continuity, and prosperity of the Republic of Indonesia.

The honour recognises the deepening India-Indonesia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and Prime Minister Modi's contribution to strengthening bilateral ties, advancing cooperation across key sectors, and reinforcing the shared democratic values and civilisational links between the two nations.

The conferment adds to the growing list of prestigious international civilian honours bestowed upon Prime Minister Modi by partner countries.
