2018 pit toilet backlog cleared in EC: Siviwe Gwarube

Basic Education Minister Siviwe Gwarube says her department has reached its target of eradicating pit toilets in schools in the Eastern Cape, identified under the 2018 Sanitation Appropriate for Education Initiative, which focused on pit toilets and schools without proper sanitation.' Gwarube made the announcement during her visit to Dimbaza Primary School in Buffalo City Metro.
