DA demands lifestyle audit for new Social Development Minister Pule

DA MP, Nazley Sharif, says she has written to the Director-General in the Presidency, and Secretary of Cabinet, Phindile Baleni, requesting that a lifestyle audit be conducted on new Minister of Social Development, Dina Pule.

Pule was appointed despite being fired the Minister of Communications.

The DA has criticised the move.

It says a politician who was previously found guilty of serious ethical breaches should not be entrusted with one of the government's most important portfolios.
