*Two suspects are this morning expected to appear at the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court in connection with the 2023 alleged theft of precious metals and stones worth just under 15-million rand.
The suspects - an Ekurhuleni Metro Police officer and a businessman - were arrested by IPID this weekend.

*Madlanga Commission evidence leader Advocate Adila Hassim is this morning expected to continue reading into the record the evidence gathered against Lieutenant-General Feroz Khan, as the inquiry marks one year since its establishment.

*Thousands of undocumented migrants have passed through the repatriation site in Epping, Cape Town over the past week.
Scores of people, mostly Zimbabwean nationals, gathered at the Home Affairs and Refugee Centre.

*Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected suggestions of a rift with US President Donald Trump, saying the two leaders agree "99% of the time" and typically resolve any differences. He was speaking during an interview yesterday.
