Balogun’s World Cup ban lifted after Trump intervention ahead of Belgium clash | #AJ shorts

FIFA has overturned US striker Folarin Balogun's World Cup suspension, the first time since 1962 it has allowed a player sent off in the tournament to play despite a ban.

The decision followed a request from US President Donald Trump and makes the striker eligible to face Belgium in the round of 16.
