Mpumalanga | Youth look to tackle shared challenges

Young people in Pienaar, outside Mbombela in Mpumalanga, gathered to discuss challenges faced by the youth in the area and ways to overcome them.

The youth organised an Economic Empowerment Indaba to assist young people struggling to enter the job market.

The Indaba is the first ever to be held in this area, ravaged by substance abuse, poverty and crime.

Government and private sector stakeholders shared information with the young people.
