Foreign Minister Penny Wong is set to blitz Japan, China and South Korea, as the federal government seeks to secure additional fuel shipments amid the global fuel crisis.
The Albanese government has confirmed 58 shipments of liquid fuels will arrive at Australian ports into June, after the Prime Minister visited Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
Cabinet member Pat Conroy says the Commonwealth will leave no stones unturned to guarantee the country’s energy security.
