Money from the sale of Govt's stake in Safaricom will go to the National Infrastructure Fund

DP Kindiki: The money we are collecting from the sale of the government's stake in Safaricom, we are taking it directly to the National Infrastructure Fund, which is governed by an independent board. We cannot again use the proceeds from the government's stake in government-owned entities for recurrent expenditure.
