IPL 2026 Purple Cap winner Kagiso Rabada shares thoughts on his return to top form

Kagiso Rabada has won the Purple Cap for the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) season, after taking 29 wickets from 17 matches.

He surpassed Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who had 28 wickets.

Rabada's performance was marked by consistency and effectiveness, making him the leading wicket-taker of the season.

This victory is notable as it is his second Purple Cap, having previously won it in the 2020 IPL season with Delhi Capitals.
