LGE 2026 | ActionSA set to welcome high-profile political defectors in eThekwini

ActionSA is expected to make a major announcement today about new leaders joining the party from different political groups, including a sitting ward councillor.

The party says this is the start of a political shift in eThekwini, ahead of the 2026 Local Government Elections.

Party leader Herman Mashaba and other senior leaders are expected to address the media at an event in Red Hill, Durban.
