Mother of murdered 23-year-old man wants justice

The mother of the 23-year-old that was killed during service delivery protest in Ratanda, Heidelberg, wants justice for her son. Katleho Mokoena was fatally wounded during clashes between demonstrators and the police. Maki Moloi says her son was shot five times in the lower body, including in his scrotum. She wants police to explain if they fired rubber bullets with the intention of dispersing protesters, or killing them. Frustrated residents took to the streets on Wednesday after they've been without water for three weeks.
