Board of Peace optimistic on Gaza implementation plan

The Board of Peace's lead envoy for Gaza has expressed optimistism that a plan to disarm Hamas and other militant groups in Gaza can be agreed but cautioned that it will take time. Hamas' disarmament is a sticking point in talks to implement US President Donald Trump's plan for the Palestinian enclave and cement an October ceasefire that halted two years of full-blown war.
