What really drives China-Russia relations?

The 10th China-Russia Expo is currently taking place in Harbin. Konstantin Shchepin, a CGTN Russian commentator and recipient of the China Friendship Award, believes that China-Russia cooperation is expanding into high-tech industries, agriculture and other fields. He emphasizes that both countries now need to step up the training of professionals, such as interpreters, lawyers and sinologists, who can drive the further development of bilateral relations. This, he notes, is the foundation for future cooperation.
