The Pretoria Commercial Crimes Court has heard that alleged crime kingpin, Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala, has implicated higher ranking police officials in alleged corruption in exchange for a lesser jail time. The state and the defence have agreed to a sentence of 15 years, of which 7 are suspended - meaning an effective 8 years behind bars.
