66 undocumented migrants arrested in Sunninghill

Sixty-six undocumented migrants and one employer have been arrested following a by-law enforcement inspection in Sunninghill, North of Johannesburg, on Friday.

Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour, Jomo Sibiya, alongside Johannesburg Mayor Dada Morero, inspected a construction site in the area.

Officials say a sub-contractor contravened sections of the Labour Relations Act and the Immigration Act.
