Ukraine will retaliate for Russian attack on Kyiv: Zelensky • FRANCE 24 English

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed Thursday to retaliate for Russia's strikes on Kyiv that killed at least 21 people and wounded dozens, as he visited an apartment block partially destroyed in the attack. Asked by reporters whether Ukraine would retaliate, Zelensky replied: "Definitely". FRANCE 24's Antonia Kerrigan reports.
