Bungoma County accused of withholding resources

The Senate Devolution Committee has raised concerns over the failure by county governments to fund municipalities. The Senators who engaged Bungoma County Executive led by Governor Kenneth Lusaka questioned the rationale of establishing municipalities if the county governments were starving them of even their own source revenue.
