Immigration Tensions | Wave of business lootings in Clermont

The South African National Defence Force had to be deployed to KwaDabeka in Clermont, west of Durban, after a wave of business lootings. Two supermarkets and a dental practice in a centre were ransacked overnight, with criminals making off with valuable goods and specialised equipment. The National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure, says there were 150 arrests in KwaZulu-Natal and 120 marches in the province.
