President Ramaphosa makes changes to cabinet

The reshuffle, which follows consultations with the Democratic Alliance, sees former Agriculture Minister, John Steenhuisen, moved to a deputy ministerial post, while former Communications Minister, Dina Pule, returns to Cabinet as Minister of Social Development.
