Some of the world's most notorious and dangerous bikie gangs are bolstering their membership in the Northern Territory by recruiting inside NT prisons, the territory's top organised crime fighter has told the ABC.The Rebels, Mongols, Bandidos, Outlaws and Hells Angels outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMCGs) all have an established membership network in the NT.
