HDB resale prices fall for second consecutive quarter as private home prices edge up

HDB resale prices fell 0.3% in Q2 2026, marking the largest decline since 2019 and following a 0.1% decline in the previous quarter. Analysts said demand has softened amid economic uncertainty.
