AARTO scheduled to take effect from tomorrow

The South African Local Government Association says it will continue challenging the implementation of Phase 2 of the Administration and Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Act after the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria dismissed its urgent application to stop the rollout, which is scheduled to take effect from tomorrow.
