'Putin doesn't care about Russians' quality of life', expert says as pessimism reaches 20-yr high

Russians are more pessimistic ⁠about the state of ​their economy than at any time in the past 20 years, and a majority say ​living standards are worsening, a Gallup survey published on Tuesday shows. But, according to Konstantin Sonin, John Dewey Distinguished Service Professor, Irving B.
