Family members of residents surprised as LC Nursing Home loses licence

Family members of residents at LC Nursing Home said they were caught off guard when they found out that the facility's licence would be revoked. They added that they did not notice any warning signs at the home in Siglap, which has 78 residents. The home's nursing services licence will be revoked from November, after serious and systemic lapses in care and safety were found. Chloe Teo reports.
