South Korean president 'utterly baffled' by early World Cup exit, slams coach

South Korea’s early World Cup exit has prompted a furious response from President Lee Jae Myung, who said he was “utterly baffled” by the result.

Head coach Hong Myung-bo has since resigned after Mr Lee criticised his leadership, writing on social media that "when an incompetent person is selected as a leader, the outcome is as clear as day".
