Ukraine struck a major oil refinery in Russia’s southern Krasnodar region, near the illegally annexed Crimean Peninsula. The facility is believed to be a key supplier of fuel to the occupied territory.

- PUTIN ADMITS RUSSIAN FUEL CRISIS
Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged during a meeting of senior officials on Sunday that fuel supply problems have created shortages throughout Russia. Ukraine has been ramping up attacks on Russian energy infrastructure for weeks, causing power and fuel shortages across several of its regions.
