Mogotsi will interfere with witnesses if granted bail: State

Businessman Brown Mogotsi's second bail judgment is expected to be heard at the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court.

Mogotsi launched a fresh bail bid last week, based on new facts.

This came after his initial bail application was denied earlier this month, due to unverifiable residential addresses.

He is currently facing charges of defeating the ends of justice, perjury, and unlawful possession of a firearm, related to an alleged staged assassination attempt in Vosloorus in November last year.
