National Arts Festival under way in Makhanda

The National Arts Festival continues in Makhanda in the Eastern Cape, inclusive of a literature festival by renowned authors.The Department of Sports, Recreation and Arts and Culture has injected R13 million into the National Arts Festival. The much anticipated festival provides a platform for authors, crafts and other artists to showcase their work. Nandipha Plaatjie filed this report.
