Prime Minister Narendra Modi has embarked on a State Visit to Seychelles from 27–29 June as the Guest of Honour for the country's Golden Jubilee National Day celebrations.

The visit marks 50 years of diplomatic relations and includes PM Modi's historic address to the National Assembly of Seychelles, the first by an Indian Prime Minister. It will also focus on maritime cooperation and regional security.
