Workplace safety: Upfront planning, tackling complacency key to preventing accidents, says SCAL

The Singapore Contractors Association is urging firms to put more emphasis on planning worksites from the outset, saying it can go a long way to preventing workplace accidents. It adds that tackling complacency will be key after the recent spate of fatal incidents prompted an industry-wide safety time out. Caitlin Ng with more.
