Heatwave in Europe | Europe hit by record-breaking temperatures: Dr Wolfgang Cramer

Western Europe is sweltering under a deadly, record-breaking heatwave that has played a role in the deaths of dozens of people, shut schools, disrupted rail services, caused power outages and forced farmers to harvest at night. In France, at least 48 people drowned while trying to escape the extreme heat. Authorities say two children also died after being left in a car. Temperatures hit 44.3 degrees Celsius in the southwestern town of Pissos.
