The Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2026, also known as Summer Davos, gets underway in Dalian from June 23 to 25. Delegates are taking a closer look at the ideas and industries expected to shape the next decade. One topic in particular is drawing significant attention: Jobs in the age of AI. 40% of jobs face transformation. Nearly half of those born after 1995 say their degrees have lost value. Entry-level roles are shrinking. How can we make AI a tool that supports workers, rather than one that replaces them?
