HALF OF OCCUPIED CRIMEA WITHOUT POWER AFTER UKRAINIAN STRIKES
Reports indicate that Ukraine carried out overnight attacks on energy infrastructure in occupied Crimea, causing widespread power outages across the peninsula. Ukrainian forces are also reported to have struck a gas processing facility in Russia's Orenburg region.

ZELENSKYY TO SKIP UKRAINE RECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE IN POLAND
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not attend the Ukraine Recovery Conference held in the Polish coastal city of Gdańsk this week. Instead, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko will head the delegation. The announcement comes on the heels of tensions over the controversial naming of one of Ukraine's military units.

HUNGARIAN PM CALLS FOR REVIVAL OF THE V4 FORMAT
"The V4 is back," Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar said Tuesday, marking the first Visegrad Four meeting since defeating Hungary’s Euro-skeptic leader Viktor Orbán in the most recent election. Magyar hosted Polish PM Donald Tusk, Slovakia's Robert Fico, and the Czech Republic's Andrej Babiś in the town of Gödöllő.
